FedEx COVID-19 Information

  • FedEx has suspended its money-back guarantee for all FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight and FedEx Office services effective immediately until further notice.
  • FedEx has suspended Signature Required for most shipments.

USPS COVID-19 Information

Key Points:

    • Service delays possible
    • For Deliveries requiring customer signature, Mail Carriers will request the customer’s first initial and last name to sign on the recipient's behalf.
    • If there is no response, mail carriers will follow the normal Notice Left process.
    • USPS has shown that there is no guarantee that they will obtain the signature

    Orders where the Free Shipping option is selected may ship either FedEx or USPS, but both will have tracking information.
